I was a bit skeptical at first about using Footluxx as it weren’t 100% reassuring but the price I paid for my pair of McQueens trainers was over £100 less than anywhere else online & they were delivered within 5 days!

Third time I’ve ordered from Footluxx and it’s only been good experiences for me luckily. Quick delivery, no issues at all. Have heard their customer service / returns could be a lot better so I do try to order things I’m almost 100% sure I won’t want to return, just to avoid any potential fuss. But in general, I can’t complain, it’s been really good so far!

Website is user friendly and the shipping is quick! (my shoes were from Italy). I have to return my first order and ordered another one. The return process was great, I didn’t have to pay anything for the shipping and refund took atleast 7-10 days.
